    Extended terms and conditions - Black November
    All orders purchased on Singles Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday have extended terms: 

    • Due to the high volume of orders, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. You are welcome to place a new order and return the unwanted items afterwards.
    • The items in your cart are not reserved. The only way to secure the items is to complete your checkout. 

    Extended terms and conditions - Christmas 2020

    • Orders purchased from the 1st of November have prolonged return until the 11th of January 2021.
    • We dispatch orders until the 23rd December. We recommend that you place your order before the 15th of December if you need the package in time for Christmas.

    2. Delivery 

    When placing an order it will be shipped within 24 hours at a normal working day. Products marked with a longer delivery is an exception. At Fitfashion we have an intelligent inventory management and therefore our web shop will only show products that are in stock. If ordering products from stock and products with a longer delivery, Fitfashion reserves the right to ship the order in two or all together when all products is in stock. 

    The payment will be captured when the order is dispatched. 

    *Please notice: Free shipping on orders over €80 EUR is not available for customers from Norway, Spain, Portugal, Greenland, and Faroe Islands.


    Dut to the new regulations, we do not ship to United Kingdom at the moment. All orders placed from United Kingdom will therefore be cancelled.

     3. If you regret your purchase

    You have 30 days to return your order. The right to return expires 30 days from the day you:

    1. Have received your package
    2. Received the last part of your order, when the package has been shipped in two. 
    3. Received the first item when it regards a regular delivery in a certain matter of time. 

    Within the 30 days you have to give us a written notice saying that you want to return your order. You can write to us in an email to: Please include your order number which you can find at the top of your order confirmation (starts with FF followed by 7 digits). 

    You cannot return your order just by refusing to accept the delivery of the package without the consent from us. We are not obliged to refund your payment before receiving a written message from you regarding your return.  

    The refund is being made by the same payment method when placing the order. Please notice that it may take up till 5-10 banking days before you can see the payment in your account.

    Please note: The payment will be refunded by Aura Group Denmark ApS. 

    Return of nutrition, food and drinks

    You cannot return any nutrition, food or drinks in concerns of the food safety and proper handling of the products.  


    You have to send the package back to us without any delays and at the latest 30 days after you have given us a written notice on your return. You are responsible for the return cost and that the package is carefully wrapped.

    Please note that the package has to be sent directly to our address. We do not pick up packages at pick-up points. 

    From the day we receive the return package it can take up till 14 working days before the payment is refunded to you. 


    If you would like to exchange your item(s) to a different colour, size, or style, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order. 

    Exceptions of products 

    The following product types are an exception from the right to return:
    • Delivery of sealed goods which for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable to be returned and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

    The condition of the product when returning

    You will be liable for any impairment of the product and this amount will be deducted from your refund. In other words - you can try the item(s) in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

    If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the value of the item(s).

    In order to receive the entire payment, you must do the same as demanded in a physical store. You can test the item(s) on, but do not use it further. 

    If you return a product or several goods without original packaging, Fitfashion reserves the right to reject your return or withdraw €30 EUR from your full refund due to impairment in the value of the item(s). 

    Things to include:
    When you return the item(s) it is important that you include all the product labels in the return package. The silk paper and user manual are not required to be included in your return. 

    If you return WR.UP® pants from Freddy, it is important that the Freddy loop is included in the return as it is a part of the item. 

    If you return a pair of shoes from Blackncy, it is important that you pack the shoe box securely. The shoe box is part of the item itself and therefore we recommend that you use a different box or bag in addition to the shoe box.

    Refund of the payment

    If you regret your purchase without further delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which we received notice regarding your return and without any impairment of the product, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except extra costs due to your own choice of delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer). We will make a refund with the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

    We will withhold the refund until we have received the return.

    4. If there is something wrong the products

    When you shop at you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a full or partial refund, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. If the complaint is accepted, you will receive a new product similar if the model and size in question are in stock. If the item is not in stock, you can get the money refunded instead. You will be refunded the amount that you initially paid for the pants. If the complaint is rejected, we will return the item(s) to you.

    You must make the complaint within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) freight costs. Remember to enclose the receipt with reg. and account number when you send your complaint to us.

    If you wish to make a complaint you must send us an e-mail at with your order number, as well as pictures of what you want to advertise.

    If the item(s) has been in use, please wash it before sending it back to us.

    When you return the item(s), please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.

    Note: We do not receive packages sent to pick-up points. 

    The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and do not forget to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs in case of a legitimate complaint.

    Defects in delivery or manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

    5. Gift cards and promotion code

    Gift cards:
    Use of gift cards requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The electronic gift card can be retained and expires after 1 year from the date of issue.
    We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or disabled gift cards. We reserve the right to change these rules.
    Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Promotion code:
    Our system can only accept one promotion code per order and there will therefore be no opportunity to use two discount codes for the same order. 

    Please note that promotion codes cannot be exchanged into cash. 

    6. Personal data policy

    In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

    Mobile number

    We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

    The personal information is registered with Fitfashion ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

    The director of Fitfashion ApS and our Customer Service and Finance department have access to the information that is registered about you. The data manager at is the director. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

    Information submitted to is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not record any personal information.

    As registered with Fitfashion ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the personal data act and inquiries related thereto are directed to Fitfashion ApS via e-mail

    Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information. If you enter your e-mail address or your mobile phone number, you agree that we can contact you by e-mail or SMS with information about your order. Please note that you agree to our Privacy Policy ("Processing Your Data") when using this site, including our use of cookies. 

    7. Appeal

    If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact If we fail to find a satisfying solution, you can, if the conditions are met, file a complaint with Forbrugerklagenævnet. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaint is submitted here.
