Shipping and delivery information

The following European countries are closing their pickup points due to the Coronavirus, and as an act to minimize the spread:

Belgium, Estonia, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany and Austria

Therefore all packages will be shipped with home delivery, which means that your package will be delivered at your home address instead of a pickup point. Due to the actions taken to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus, you might experience some delays in the estimated delivery time and we hope for your understanding.

The delivery time varies depending on the receiver country. When placing an order it will be dispatched within 24 hours at a normal working day. The payment will be captured when the order is dispatched. We offer free shipping on orders over €80 EUR.* For orders below €80 EUR these 3 shipping rates apply:

*Please notice: Free shipping on orders over €80 EUR is not available for customers from Norway, Spain, Portugal, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.

**Please notice: Shipping to Greenland takes approximately 20-30 days. Shipping to Iceland and The Faroe Islands takes approximately 2-10 days. We do not ship to other non-costal islands.


Dut to the new regulations, we do not ship to United Kingdom at the moment. All orders placed from United Kingdom will therefore be cancelled. 

Note that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Am I responsible for duties and taxes on top of my order?
Please note that local import charges may occur. These charges are at the customers own expense. Contact your local customs office for more information.
